MrKloroxParticipant
Oh, thank you for than bit of information, Jesse. I'll look more deeply into the O.7
edit: Here are the O.7 and O.9 AM presets available in a zip from Telos:
https://www.telosalliance.com/images/Omnia%20Products/Omnia%207/omnia7_9_ampresets.zipNot currently having success finding anything that would lead to FM presets (such as a patch).
But I did come across this Omnia.7 video that doesn't seem to be on YouTube. Fills in a few gaps.
https://www.telosalliance.com/support/Omnia7FM-Demonstration-with-Leif-ClaessonI am also curious about the musical artists Leif was playing.
MrKloroxParticipantThank you for clarifying 🙂

hello,
You should able to use same input for full fm with hd core + streaming in ASIO mode. (do not enable any WDM when is asio in use)
Marian trace Alpha have only one I/O A/D and D/A analog converters. Trce8 give more I/O.

I'm almost certain he doesn't need an HD core either. Full FM comes with an L/R non-MPX output equivalent to what one would get from an HD core. You would only need two cores if you plan on applying different processing to each output.-Ty
MrKloroxParticipantMrKloroxParticipantI'm only familiar with HD cores and non-professional hardware for personal listening/gaming, but I'll try to help. The first thing that comes to mind is buffer size. Have you tried lowering it? I assume you're using ASIO as well.
There's also an extra low latency mode that I use, but it probably wouldn't be good for things on the air. It's in Core Output> Miscellaneous> I/O> Processor> Latency Mode.
MrKloroxParticipantBAE ($30) doesn't have an upgrade path to BA1 ($150 minimum)
edit: I don't know if this is a thing that applies to BAone HD core but:

Mwyann,Please mail broadcast at claessonedwards dot com and ask for the $15 loyalty discount for BAE customers buying Live. It's not an upgrade, you get to keep both. <!– s:) –>:)<!– s:) –>.
Hopefully I can use this BAE Loyalty discount on the Management Package or a Streaming module for my HD core since i was not aware of it when I purchased my license.
MrKloroxParticipantHi Mark! So I don't have any real experience with the NfRemote or Management Package (service mode) but I was able to find some info tucked inside Omnia user guides/manuals.
First there's this the latest official Omnia9 manual which has info spread throughout.
https://www.telosalliance.com/images/Omnia%20Products/Omnia%209/Omnia9_Audio_Processing_Manual_Book_C18315032.pdfSecond there's this what looks like an older Omnia manual with an NfRemote chapter.
http://www.manualsdir.com/manuals/782583/omnia-audio-omnia9_xe.html?page=84&original=1Finally there's a chapter in this Z/IPstream manual.
https://www.bionics.co.uk/Images/Products/PDFs/32.pdfI hope you can find what you're looking for. And please post your solution for others who might have the same issue.
EDIT: Okay I grabbed NfRemote and put on Management Package and service mode. At first I had some awful feedback loop, but it was due to a misconfiguration in my ASIO input. What ended up working to get audio to play out was a power button that I circled in the attached image. Make sure to select the correct output device.
I didn't do anything special for it to recognize my audio outside of connecting to "localhost:8200".
MrKloroxParticipantAh, yeah I could see that. I will say that BreakawayOne supports high DPI scaling, though. I don't know how much of an effort it would require or if BAE could be imported into the BAO gui framework. That would be rad though.

Interesting and worrying, because I'm testing both to get one of them.
Will I have to buy both at once? 😮
Oh, I see. I was under the impression you already had (at least a basic license for) Stereo Tool since you mentioned it in your post.
My recommendation is to get BreakawayOne first, then a basic Stereo Tool license later after you feel like you've exhausted your bass options in BreakawayOne. But definitely try the various presets in BreakawayOne before deciding to buy anything.
MrKloroxParticipantI'm not at all experienced in any hardware audio processors, but I've gotten about a year's worth of hours listening in BreakawayOne with Stereo Tool as a VST plugin.
My current method for big bass is to use the TrueBass (sub-harmonics detector/generator) module of Stereo Tool, used as a VST plugin within BreakawayOne. Try this and lowering the "Final Limiter Drive" (Core > Audio Processor > Final) and/or swapping presets to "French Kiss" or "Nebula" something with multiple AGCs before the Multiband.
I'd like to hear other peoples' ideas too.
September 24, 2019 at 12:45 pm in reply to: it’s possible "breakaway one "that will start when start computer? #15299MrKloroxParticipantI'm still not getting this to work. I wonder if it has to do with my setting of launch as Administrator so Breakaway can see my VST plugins folder.
I'd be more likely to opt into the Management Package and service mode with BAremote if I could still adjust the VST plugin settings while it was active. However I do realize my use case scenario is not what BAone was explicitly designed for; people usually want to set it and forget it for hours/days/weeks worth of processing straight.

If you are not using as a service, make a copy of the app shortcut and put this into the startup folder. There is a Startup folder in all versions of Windows, in some, like Windows 10, it's not easy to find but it is there.
The quickest and easiest way to find it is to press the Windows Key, type shell:startup and hit Enter. The actual location is: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

I've actually already tried this with zero luck. Does this work for you?edit: Would creating a batch file that waits 30 seconds then launches the app work I wonder?
September 10, 2019 at 11:18 am in reply to: it’s possible "breakaway one "that will start when start computer? #15294MrKloroxParticipantI haven't had any luck getting this to work. We might need some clarification from somebody more knowledgeable , but I think that's what Service Mode is for and requires the Management Package.
I hope I'm wrong.
MrKloroxParticipantPlease watch this video and read the description for more information on how to upgrade your Breakaway Live purchase to a BreakawayOne HD core for free.

If there's any values that aren't there, it'll just use the defaults for those settings.
I see. Will it default to the Reference Settings default or will it try to set back to the preset default based on the "base_preset" hash or whatever you'd call it? What if that base_preset line isn't in the file? Would setting stuff to 0 be the correct way to nullify effects?
edit: The correct way to nullify the sound processing seems to be to use the 2Band or 5Band Protection presets. Maybe start there if you want to tweak from "scratch"
