Check the Breakaway settings and be sure the Realtek card is set to 2 channel output. I've found at times it defaults to 5 or 7 channels if it thinks the sound card has surround capabilities.

a fully updated VAC and fully updated WinLicense driver have been prepared for the next update of Breakaway.
Hi Jesse – the $64,000 question is WHEN will the "next update of Breakaway" be sent into the world? ;D

My question was, is there any different enhancing the Broadcast Processor provides over the Audio Enhancer.
Breakaway Broadcast is designed to work with professional radio station equipment. You CAN use it with your FM light display transmitter but it won't make a big difference over the Audio Enhancer – plus BAE has special settings designed for low power (aka Part 15) transmitters that make it better suited for your application.

I have the same problems with BAE, I tried to install Virtual Audio Cable and use it with BAE but it doesn't appear in the inputs on either Wave or DS. Anyone knows how I can use it instead of Breakaway Pipeline on BAE?
You can't. BAE is hard coded to only work with Pipeline.
RichPMemberBreakaway changes your default sound card settings to its virtual sound card input (aka "Pipeline"). After installing Breakaway you need to go into Skype and change the sound card back to the setting before Breakaway was installed.
RichPMemberDon't expect a watchdog to be added anytime soon…heck, there haven't been updates since 2011.
This might help, however: http://pira.cz/show.asp?art=silence
You also might want to ditch the Ploytec driver and try ASIO4ALL.
RichPMemberConsidering that the existing versions of Breakaway haven't been updated in over 4 years, I'd say it's a safe bet that it'll be a while before an Android version will be released. And if/when it is, what's the price point? 99 cents? 99 dollars?
RichPMemberIt's a WinLicense incompatibility with some versions of Win 8.1. Leif will have to address it with the software vendor.
March 22, 2015 at 5:24 am in reply to: workaround for windows 10 technical preview build 10041 ? #5607RichPMemberRollback to 9926. It's an incompatibility error with the licensing app inside Breakaway and it likely won't be addressed soon (by Leif, that is).
March 1, 2015 at 8:10 pm in reply to: Breakaway not able to start on an ASUS T200TA (Win8.1 x86, Atom Z3775) #13956RichPMemberI've had the same issue with my new HP Stream 7. It's not the Pipeline issue mentioned above (that takes care of a different matter).
The problem is the version of Windows that's supplied on tablets. It's "Windows 8.1 with Bing" which is essentially the Core version that's had some stuff taken out so it runs on lower-powered processors with 1Gb RAM.
It looks like the issue is with the licensing app built into Breakaway – "WinLicense" is made by a company called Oreans.
I suspect Leif will have to contact Oreans to fix this issue, but for now Breakaway and tablets can't play together.
