    Im not sure why I am having this issue. I have a Car PC that I transferred over to a new car. Unfortunately I made the decision to reformat my hard drive for a clean OS with no backup (I didn't need anything on it). With the fresh Windows 8 install, and BAE install, I now have reduced bass on my subwoofer, even very low with the setting all the way up, and a little increased coming out of my mids and highs. I do have separate audio jacks plugged in for each amp. The BAE runs output to Realtek just like it did previously. Disabling BAE returns volume to normal, how it should be without BAE. Doe anyone have any ideas?

    Check the Breakaway settings and be sure the Realtek card is set to 2 channel output. I've found at times it defaults to 5 or 7 channels if it thinks the sound card has surround capabilities.
