I am a big fan of Breakaway Audio Enhancer on my 2 PCs. 😀 And I have 8 Android devices. 🙂 They are almost useless to me without "Breakaway Audio Enhancer". :-[ I can't watch movies, watch youtube, listen to music, without it. :'( >:( I think It's time for the developers to make BAE available on the Play Store. I really really need it on my Android devices. If the developers make it available for Android soon, I'm gonna be the 1'st person to buy it. (for all of my Android devices)
October 5, 2014 at 7:19 am #5562InfinitelyCrazyMemberWhere are the developers??
Don't even care about the people who buy your products?
Can't even leave a reply???
You guys suck 🙁October 6, 2014 at 8:48 pm #5563timmywaParticipantYup,
That's how you get folks to do nice things for you… Smart cookie here.

Hey, I really need to know when is it coming for ANDROID.
Can't wait.February 12, 2015 at 5:47 am #5565JesseGMemberWe'll see how the future progresses as the CPUs become much more efficient, and the battery technology will improve a little more still also. Until recently I would say that it wasn't feasible to do.
The other big hurdle to doing this is Android itself, and the lack of support for a standardized system-wide audio processing method. Custom ROMs with their own audio processing doesn't count, for 99.999% of users. 😉
March 7, 2015 at 5:09 pm #5566InfinitelyCrazyMemberSTOP bitching about mobile CPUs and batteries and 99.999% stock rom users.
There is NOTHING wrong with android. In case you don't know, there's already a plenty of system-wide audio processors for android and they work on any (stock or custom/Android 2.x-5.0) rom.
For example: Viper4Android FX, DSP Manager.
And I have used them in my STOCK ROM (Sony Xperia V LT25i) for about a year now. I can't even notice the battery life reduction, even at the highest quality. They only use a fraction of the CPU. So, If you don't have enough brains to make Breakaway Audio Enhancer for android, then say it and stop complaining others.By the way, I'm not a hater or a racist. I really like your products and I respect the developers for their effort. I just can't stand your misleading complains.
Heres the links to the products mentioned above. Just install them and see for yourself…

Yeah, it will be nice to have such audio processor for Android.
But i understand developers in this case too.
I had many android devices, on some sound processing can be only setup via rom change(if there is another rom, that isn't universal solution).March 8, 2015 at 2:34 pm #5568InfinitelyCrazyMemberOn what roms they don't work?
Make sure you installed the latest version of "busybox" before installing apps.aaaaand, It doesn' matter if those apps doesn't work on some two or three roms, because
Breakaway audio enhancer for windows is also not working on few PCs. So it's not a reason to stop making Breakaway for Android…check these out.

I say "I understand why there are problems doing it, and they are bigger than for Windows platform".quote :On what roms they don't work?Chinese roms are often buggy(and clones of them too).
For example Onda, Texet and so on.March 31, 2015 at 3:19 am #5570InfinitelyCrazyMemberYup. Android OS itself doesn't have a great audio standard like Windows desktop.
But, custom roms like Cyanogenmod kind'a does. And everyone doesn't use them.
So there's a problem..
Can someone suggest the Android guys to develop some better audio standard for their next versions of Android?April 2, 2015 at 1:13 am #5571RichPMemberConsidering that the existing versions of Breakaway haven't been updated in over 4 years, I'd say it's a safe bet that it'll be a while before an Android version will be released. And if/when it is, what's the price point? 99 cents? 99 dollars?
April 4, 2015 at 1:04 pm #5572InfinitelyCrazyMemberI think BAE is not updated in a while because the developers are too busy working on other things.
Or BAE doesn't have any bug or, It's working perfectly on all the Windows versions from XP and up.
By the way, I saw somewhere that the Breakaway developers are going to release a new version for Windows pretty soon, can't remember where I saw that.It would be awesome to see even a Beta or an Alpha version of BAE on Android..
Guess that won't happen in near future.. 🙁 -
