    Thanks a lot Leif!

    I changed my original posting, I removed the PCI and price options.

    (Well i need to save some more money, to have one good sound card who suit my needs.)

    So I think i go for the Marian Trace 8:

    I have one additional question.

    If you do not have an external oscilloscoop, how can you adjust all the Breakaway settings
    (and soundcard volume settings), to have the best FM audio quality?

    Most people do not have an oscilloscoop.

    BTW:

    Pirate stations do care more about interference than about sound quality.
    If other people complain about your station, the goverment (police) wil take your equipment very quick. 🙁
    And you need to pay a penalty > 1200 EUR

    Thanks for the reply!

    This setup will be used for FM pirate station(s) in the Netherlands.
    These stations can not afford expensive professional equipment like the Orban or Omnia.
    So we need to find other solutions.
    Your software sounds really great and i would like to use it for these stations.

    You talk about setup issues, what are they?
    How can i direct the line-in of a soundcard to Breakaway, and use the line out of this same card?

    I hope you find a good way to distribute your software solutions.
