I am already using 48kHz 16bit PCM (~1.6Mbits bandwidth) with around 100-200ms with Wifi Link…

But always want to check new things. 🙂

I can tell you for 2000B series. Just disable from bios, or use it for mic only!
For BBP/BBP ASIO: – an ITU-R 412 Multiplex-Power-Limiter
in short, you cannot make it with current BA product, or you can, but as you said, you’ll not be "loud" enough.
BS.412 is one super complicated standard. From some people for Germany i also find out that many (almost all) processors with that standard included, are not 100% accurate in that.

That what you want "Rustonium" is much better choice. Plutonium is not intended for that from start.
Try OGG/Vorbis, the latest one, SAM Broadcaster Encoders via Pipeline, and Modified (latest KH) Icecast, with setting of "<burst-size>0</burst-size>" in the config file and you can get as good as <100ms. Tested via City connection (we have fast Fiber-optic Internet everywhere, local speed is at 100 mbps) <1ms ping between the 2 machines, 17km apart from each other, the lag is minimal, below 100ms.
And what "player" (decoder) you use for other side?
