256 / 48000 * 1000 = 5.3333
That’s 5.3 milliseconds per buffer. You need one buffer for input, one buffer for output, and one buffer for processing. That’s 16 milliseconds of delay — just to get in and out of the computer! We haven’t even done any processing yet. If we add the BBP ASIO low latency algorithm, which is about 12ms, we’re way above the echo fusion threshold already.
256 at 192000, on the other hand:
256 / 192000 * 1000 = 1.33ms
Three buffers of that is 4ms. Add the 12ms algorithm delay, and 1 extra millisecond of buffering delay, and there’s the 17ms I’ve been bragging about. 🙂
You can get the same short delay at 48000 Hz, but you’ll have to use 64 samples per block, not 256.

What buffersize is the best to use in BBP ?
I use here 256 / 192000 is this correct ?Appie

You could try using an older version of Virtual Cable, such as this one: [attachment=0:1ndyuin1]vac312full_breakaway.zip[/attachment:1ndyuin1]
(Legal to use by licensed Breakaway users)To use VAC 3.12 for RDS input, you must select Interface Wave, 192000 Hz, and Channels 2 (32-bit).
Give it a try, it could work better.

Hi Leif ,
I made a mistake with the input settings in the configuration .. ( finally after two days 😳 )
I forgot to set de samplerate of the m-audio input to 192000
Stupid !!
Airomate and BBP runs fine now with external pilot ! -
