I think you make a valid point about this forum. At this time it is very frustrating and irritating to visit this forum.
I think Jesse and Leif are too busy about the new hardware box and the new software update’s that are coming this summer….
When you stream only to the internet you do not need a soundcard at all, if you use livelink.
I’ve tested this with VMWare Workstation.
How do you access your Windows 2008?
If it is thru RDP, then you need to look at this thread:

I have livelink also runing with an older version of SAM with no problem.
No have experience with the new version.I don’t think it’s a issue with the Edcast client in Breakaway,
because then we must have read it on this forum.Maybe other users on this forum use the latest version of SAM.
You don’t need any DSP’s in Sam. Use all your processing DSP dll’s in Breakaway only.
You could use Livelink, in SAM, to avoid using the soundcard.Read my setup guide:

Did you disable ALL sound processing in Sam Broadcaster?
I don’t know Raduga but if it has sound processing too, you need to
disable this too, to have a fair comparison between the two programs.Just curious, and with all respect, why on earth you want (need) a lossless stream?

I hope the commercial guys and Leif work this out. One possible solution could be a "Undo plugin" for the Breakaway products. I would gladly pay a upgrade price for this, after hearing the (demo) plugin for myself.
I read somewhere that "Undo" introduces a 2 seconds delay? In that case this ain’t working in a live environment.Please correct me if i’m wrong.
