So, you’ll have 3 streams.
For 1st and 2dn (aac) use "HE-AAC", 32k and 64k. Don’t forget attenuation of at least 1dB. Put enc_aacplus.dll from latest winamp.
For 128k stream i would use mp3 with "lame 3.93.1"

If you don’t need more then 44,1/48kHz In/Out, i recommend you USB MAYA44It’s an excellent soundcard, you don’t even need drivers – full PnP, except if you are planing to use ASIO.
