i ve send him more than 60 emails the last 5 months for sending me one of the prototypes non certified DDS exciters..
🙂BUT , it is better to WAIT WAIT WAIT ….for making some changes in order to make the exciter " all weather conditions capable " and " damage prevention capable " ( auto reduce of RF pwoer in case of not air cooling ) ( software ..software.bla..bla.blla)

So, before using this magic box , you have to make 3 !!! veeeeeeeeery important improvements ?!
1) -3 dbfs mpx imput
2) auto-reduction of RF power in case of overheating-overtemperature
3) an auto-restart in case the DSP crashes due to electricity problems ( ups and downs.)…by the way ….I use a BIG BIG BIG 20 KVA line interactive electricity UPS on my …state of the art RF ROOM 🙂

if i ve got 2 of these DDS exciters can i play clear to the areas where signals from both 2 transmitters are equal ?can we make a low cost " one frequency network of transmitters " using DDS exciters without any other add ons ?
practicaly : if i have very good STLs , linear, without overshoots and 2 DDS exciters , can i make this one network frequency network without any other kinds of modification ? ( sound micro-delay maiby? GPS..bla bla..)
If challenger stereo enhancer doesnt react then your sound source is mono…becuse you use your realtek as microphone imput and not line in!
so,
1) make your imput " line in" and not microphone in…
2) your RDS software ( airomate ) crashes becuse you use small bufering, ( make it 1 second , who knows! )tell us about your resaults….or buy a new mainboard and cpu .. 🙂

i agree, … we have a bunch of then… ( limiters ) don’t add any audio clippers or limmiters.
I hope some day Sigmacom and Leif make a 2 in one box ( exciter with the " special " MPX clipper patent ..Leif made.. 🙂
Until now, an old fashioned limiter clipper…is a bad thing..for those who use breakaway becuse breakaway has eveerything.. ( exept mpx clipper..but it s ok )
They didn’t change the outside look beacuse…. the inside ( hardware and software has no major change or ‘ patent "

well, …to be onest , the end user ( the listeners of a radiostation ) may not notice nothing more than a louder radiostation with more clear sound. nothing more ..spacy !
but , things are more complicated than just…loud and clear words..
for example if a radiostation has a DDS exciter and a bad STL and sound processor …then….the DDS exciter does nothing .
BUT , if you have a good " sound routing" ( sound source…a sound proccesor, a good STL and of course …linearity on your radiostation then….BoooooooooooOOooOOooom!!
