finnaly after some testings with the new code of breakawat one i can say that :
for people who want HIGH dbr PRESETS for FM BROADCAST they cannot make CLEAN with NO DISTORTIONS presets using breakaway one. ( after 9 dbr whatever preset i chose i ve got distortions caused by clipper which runs at LOW CPU USAGE ( we cannot change that ! , we need more steps like stereotool does )
please add more cpu power choise especialy for final steps because cpu calculations matter on high dbr presets.
It is not loud for FM big radios.
check the dbr ratings.
loud for fm can be even 10 , or 11 dbr ( on 75 khz )
this preset is not loud for fm
stereotool can make more dbr

yeahhhh, many hardware engineers say that they CAN MAKE a DDS FM exciter but their spurious and harmonics are going to planet mars 🙂
They key is the software that uses the DDS exciter 🙂
Sigmacom just MADE IT WORK perfectly and 100 % stable under any conditions! i ve seen it and it is a value for moneySigmacom , are u ok? i m comming to your city in a few days!

a streamer HAS TO BE predictive !Many stations play at 0 db at their streams …and they have that problem with some listeners ! ( becuse of bad drivers with +2 or +3 db up by default on volume controll )
unfortunately winamp has default at 0 db ( so with bad drivers ..this ..goes to +2 , or +3…or..)
fortunately , Windows media player by default has a – 50 % volume .thank u Microsoft !
please note that this radiostation re-broadcasts every night from 12:00 to 06:00 ( greek timezone) using a 96 kbps sattelite link the central 300 kwatt ( EIRP) radiostation from Athens to .. Crete island.
So, maiby you tuned that ..wrong time of re-broadcasting 🙁
The big trouble for radios that re-broadcast sometimes other radios is THIS AUDIO MESS from over-processed . over-compressed and re-compressed ..blablablabla…data!!

note that i play -1 db lower for clipping protection with some bad-written audiocard drivers who thousands of listeners have on their PCs!ALWAYS play 1 db lower to be sure that your listeners listen acceptable .. 🙂

Aphex 2020s ? …do you remember Behringer processors with …the custom … chip !!?!!??!?!
What a decade!!! 90s!!! …at that decate …it was normal to your ears …to hear pumps on the sound …l up and down , up and down… AGC from the stoneage ….and no …lookahead technology !! 🙂 ( behringer was an exception with the modified chip ..and a very very cheap processor! )
Both programs ( stool and breakaway can make exactly the same LOUDNESS LEVELS AND ACCEPTABLE CLEARNESS at the same time .
only those 2 programs can make that huge ammounts of " sound energy " ( loudness and pseudo-dynamics for our ears.. )Omnia 11 cannot do such levels ( with default presets )
Orban 8600 cannot do such levels ( with default presets )Heyyyyy, i didn’t have those 2 magic boxes in my radiostation 🙂 i had 6 files with 192 KHZ WAV RECORDINGS FROM THOSE 2 PROCESSORS

very very good explanation michi but here in ..Greek Islands there is a lot of competition in loudness WAR ! 🙂
many stations wanna be loud and ..just play at 140 khz with the disadvantage of ..incompatibility with some car radio recievers .
Using breakaway and stool you can be the LOUDEST even more than omnia and orban and acceptable CLEAN even with 128 kbps songs if your AGC and multiband is configured using …dirty songs 🙂those 2 software processors have broken the limits in sound processing loudness!
in FM it’s very important to play at max 75 khz deviation that’s the big deal 🙂i wish breakaway hardware box has …mpx limiter!! ..after that the loudness will go on it’s limits 🙂

I ve tested my L/R processed audio with other hardware FM processors and my resaults showed that :
Breakaway and STool with properly edited presets can sound 40 % louder even without mpx limiting …than Omnia 11 and orban 8600!
The core is done on both software processors.
Now , the work has to be done in FM PROPERLY EDITED presets for max loudness and acceptable clearness just like some your presets !My preciuuuuuuuuuuuusssssssssssss 🙂)))
yes it works! and it works not just good.
it is the cleanest MPX signal on the PLANET ,I was very carefull with my RF and sound tests before saying that Breakaway makes the FM exciter’s 2nd IF frequency roll up and down extremely even at legal fm deviation ( 75 khz without mpx clipping)
I told you that i ve tested 3 sound processors, 2 hardware and 1 more software ( stool) .
The only processor that makes my 2nd IF roll -+ 8 khz is BREAKAWAY
( even by using the DEFAULT settings for erruption, cgosmooth, new york, tested)I AM NOT PRE-PROCESSING MY AUDIO SIGNAL.
FORGET MY STREAMING AUDIO ( this is not my FM sound!) I know it’s distorted becuse of the encoder used ( simplecast uses low cpu usage to the wma encoder by default and IT S A CRAP FOR WMA STEAMING )

NOT STREAMING.Another engineer who made the first low cost fully Digital direct synthesis fm exciter in the world said that something is WRONG WITH BREAKAWAY LOW FREQUENCIES PROTECTION BECAUSE OF THE filtering only to the first stage of sound proccess (breakaway ) and not also in the pre-end
i told you again that I WANT TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL FM RECIEVERS (models, sony, sanyo, jvc bla blablalbla)
I WILL NEVER TELL TO MY AUDIENCE TO BUY A NEW FM RECIEVER .
I WILL TRY TO USE A SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE PROCESSOR who has …………. a DC block filter OR 1 Hz low frequency filter OR a 10 , 20 ,30 AT the final or pre-final stage of process.Good bye to everyone.

If this reciever recieves a radiostation ( breakaway powered ) with non-filtered low frequencies or DC spectrum sometimes …then Boooom!

There are more than 3.000 different models for FM recievers !!
can you imagine?! If you are a proffesional FM radiostation you MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL THESE RECIEVERS.
( max 75 khz deviation with DC block , or 1 Hz low frequencies filter!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😳 😳 😳THis is one more reason for a " DC block" filter or 1 Hz filter at the pre-final stage of the breakaway MPX output.
It ‘s a 10 kilobytes code and I HOPE LEIF implements it on the next version of Breakaway.Leif, big money is on FM , not only on streaming webradios…. 🙂
