    Hi,
    Was wondering if I can be helped buy a second instance of breakaway Live. I sent an email a few weeks back and haven’t heard back.

    Do you already have one instance of Breakaway Live and need to add more instances?

    Here is your upgrade path:

    1) purchase the upgrade

    2) when you receive the email containing the authorization code, right-click on the Breakaway Live ICON on the taskbar and select "About Breakaway Live".

    3) left-click on the "Enter Code" button and enter the authorization code, then left-click on "Upgrade" to complete the upgrade process.

    There is no need to uninstall Breakaway Live to implement the upgrade.
