sound issue breakway need help here ?

Hi Everyone. i have have breakaway latest version 1.30 installed on windows 7. also a generic audio soundcard plugged into usb now i make breakway the default device as it uses pipiline audio driver. but when i listen to me music be it you tube or my mp3 collection the bars dont move up and on the breakaway programme or if they do the audio is queit now wen i make the generic audio device default the sound booms out but again the breakway doesent work the indicators on the programme are not moveing up or down what looks like a graphic eq im guessing. now i have uninstalled and reinstalled also disabled real tech sound drivers on the bios as well. if u can let me know whats going on id be very very greatful thx.
