    Hello,

    I am trying to use BreakAway One streaming options to connect to my ShoutCast2 server. I have multiple SIDs in my ShoutCast configuration – but I can't figure out how to connect to them. I had expected that using "myserver.com:8000/live" in the stream IP settings to work, but I just get unknown error each time. I can connect fine from other streaming applications.

    In my ShoutCast server configuration I have the stream IDs configured like this:

    streamid_1=1
    streampath_1=/live

    streamid_2=2
    streampath_2=/test

    ???

    Update:Still can't get this to work – I found the below error in my ShoutCast logs though after trying all sorts of variations to get it to work. There must be a way to specify the SID (like the mountpoints in IceCast).

    "SHOUTcast 1 source rejected. A source is already connected."

    Sorry I didn't reply immediately.

    To stream to different mount points on a Shoutcast 2 server, the stream index does go into the "Server IP":
    server:port,streamindex

    So using your example server "myserver.com:8000", the "Server IP" settings for two encoders would be:
    myserver.com:8000,1
    myserver.com:8000,2

    That worked perfectly – thanks a million for the information!  🙂 🙂 🙂
