Seeking recommendations for an EQ plugin

I’m going to try some of Leif’s ideas in this thread to adjust the EQ of my favorite preset.

Can anyone recommend a good Winamp EQ plugin to put in the BBP effects chain? Any chance of finding one that is (1) parametric, and (2) phase-linear?

In case that doesn’t exist and I have to use a professional VST plugin, is there a specific Winamp VST wrapper that behaves well with BBP?
