I’m working on two new presets that imo seem to capture the hysteresis and sound of that stacked 70s low-band analog sound, and a more advanced early 80s sound, yet with the control and maturity that only a well tuned bleeding-edge high-band digital can bring.
That’s a very nice and smooth sounding preset. You must not be using the same BBP we have access to though since the rolloff after 16k is pretty gentle 😆. I guess yours has full controls (obviously) and full bandwidth.
I hope Leif offers us the same for a reasonable price soon!

It was done with a development version of a newer backend which now became the currently released "efficient" backend. And yes, the slope was changed a bit because when the cutoff was set to 18kHz it was getting even more dangerously close to the pilot – but still filtering to stop-band levels (under -90db) before 19kHz. 🙂 But yeah, the low-pass was indeed set to 16kHz at the time.
The presets will first be out in the next Breakaway Broadcast update… which should be getting released today or tomorrow. Followed by being included in the next update to Live, whenever that is.
