    Hi guys,

OK… so I decided to upgrade my copy of ‘Live’ today to 0.90.77 and ran into a few issues.

    First, here’s my CPU config:

    CPU: Intel Celeron Dual Core
    OS: Windows XP SP3
    RAM: 4 GB
    SC: EMU-1212M

The only thing this machine does is run SAM & Breakaway Live 🙂

I’ve been successfully running 0.90.69 for months now and was pretty excited about the new version. However, when I ran a clean install of .77, I configured the I/O settings, hit OK and Breakaway disappeared.

So, re-launched the program and the settings didn’t stick. No audio was being sent via ‘LiveLink’ to SAM either.

    Re-configured, same result.

So then (as a test), I went back to .69 and upgraded to .77… same issue happened.

Now, here’s the funny thing… I uninstalled .77 and did a fresh install of .69, and everything works like a charm again.

I’m real confused as to why the new version of ‘Live’ doesn’t work… Any ideas?

I have the latest version of the ‘LiveLink’ DSP’s installed…

Leif, is there a debug version I can use to help you track this issue down?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Corey!

It’s really strange that the settings didn’t stick! That doesn’t make any sense. Have you tried 0.90.79 (from the forum)?

Also, are you running Speaker Mode or Broadcast Mode?

LiveLink actually only works in Broadcast Mode.

    Best regards,
    ///Leif

    Hi Leif,

No, I actually tried the version from the download page… I’ll give the one posted in the forum a try 🙂

Yep, I’m running in broadcast mode…

I’ll keep you posted on what happens.

    Thanks,

    Corey
