Sadly, Keith passed some time ago, but his son, John is taking care of business. The correct email address should be support@claessonedwards.com. I raised this matter with John privately and he tells me that the new codes have been passed to you now.

Hello, a friend of mine had to change his PC because it broke and his BAO license no longer works. I told him to write to support@claessonedwards.com but received no response. His email is: gruppo@radiocompilation.com Please can you check it? Thank you.

I have no powers to issue licence renewals, as the original details must be checked against their database.
It is most important to provide as much information as possible to make this search quick and easy. John will also need the MAC address of the new device, as the key is generated with that number. If this information is not made available, it will delay the renewal process.

Thanks Milky. Yes, just yesterday he received a response and obtained the new license. In fact, he had entered all the data you listed in the request. Well done!
