Our current BreakawayOne processor’s hardware is almost 8 years old and is well overdue retirement. It takes an age to administer Microsoft Updates and reboot. Also, far too often I get syncing issues between the PC and the MOTU sound module resulting in an annoying clicking and crackly output.
So, I now have a brand new PC and a new Audio processor. What is the correct process for migrating my breakaway License from the current processor to the new one? Can anybody help me with this question please?

    Thank you.

The licence is tied to the MAC address of the old PC, so you need to install BA1 in demo mode on the new PC and then generate a licence summary from it and email that with a brief explanation and your old licence details to broadcast@claessonedwards.com.

If you use BA Remote, go to Common > Licence > Get Licence Summary. Copy and paste it to a file and send it to broadcast@claessonedwards.com.
