I am running a low power fm station. I have the Breakaway Audio Enhancer set to Reference HEAVY with the FM Mode enabled – I am looking for help setting up the preset to sound more like a typical rock station, clear lows and highs with compression. All of my source music is set to a normalized volume so there are not huge spikes.

    I’m a novice with radio

Be more explicit. Like what transmitter are you using, does it have its own stereo coder, things like that. Many cheap transmitters cannot be modulated 100% without distortion. For rock music you generally have to compress the bass a lot and emphasize the mids and treble. I don’t really like that kind of sound but if you do, that’s fine.
