    Heya,..

I was wondering.. currently we have a studio almost next to the transmitter site.
In a couple of weeks we want to move the studio to a more representative location in the city center.
We have the stl already set-up but we have some stuff left from the old day’s.
I stumbled upon a 226Mhz STL MONO.. by Microset.

Now.. just for the fun.. could i feed it with MPX generated bij BBP and feed the MPX out of the receiver of the Microset STL to the FM transmitter?

    any thoughts ?

    Greetzz.. Joop

    Hi

When it is a mpx transmitter(i think it is one), sure you can.

yes, but you know that best you’ll get if you connect MPX out (from BBP) with cable.

Best would be that BBP hardware is located at the transmitter site which feeds MPX to transmitter directly, and you simply feed BBP with normal audio feed from the studio, not that you could do it with a mono-STL, but maybe you can arrange a cable connection?

    Just for the record..

We have a 2x stereo connection already set-up … up and running, BBP is already at the transmitter site.
    incl back-up via DSL.

My question was only for fun and hobby reasons.

    cheers!
