How to configure RDS

I'm trying to make rds work as a stereo tool, leif says that BBO uses the same codes, but I can not get it to work.

For example, in stereo tool and BBP ASIO it had it like this:
1 = 3s, 3 ..- 3 = 3t, -1 = 3s: RADIO / 1 = 3s, 3 ..- 3 = 3t, -1 = 3s :: LIVE / 1 = 4s, 3 ..- 3 = 3t , -1 = 4s: || \ R "C: \ weather.txt"

In BBO I do not get that in PS, have the name of the station, read the weather from a txt file or that song is ringing.

I need it to be in PS, since in all cars, the RT is not enabled by a security question, then it only shows the PS.

Is there a way to do it?
