help for sound for bbp live

hi looking for some help on the bbp live for our on line radio station we use the bbp broadcast for the fm side and sounds amazing but with the live version we just can't get it to sound good looking to get that loud punchy warm sound with the nice stereo  sound,i will put one of our stream links below this to have a listen too and i will all so post a link of another station using bbp live thats sound we are looking for it sounds great we have all the settings pretty much done we think the problem is some where along the sound card to bbp if any1 can help us on this would be great,we have team viewer on one of our pc,s so if any one can help we would be more than happy to let you connect to the pc to see where we are going wrong are email is galaxy92fm@hotmail.com are station link 1
