    Hi

    I found an old thread on the old forum regarding adding additional codecs. Followed the links and have addded AAC codecs. When trying to add on an encoder in the drop down options it lists HE-AAC & AAC, but does not give an option if V1 or V2, how can you tell, or select? I need V2

    I have added the codec options and have also tried another AAC codec but still only see the same options.

    The HE-AAC codec will select V1 or V2 automatically based on chosen bitrate. I believe if it’s 48 kb/s and above, it uses V1. Below uses V2, which enables the “enhanced stereo” which I forget the name.
