Esi julia mpx out stereo sound but noisy

i have two computers and two esi julia(windows7)
Fisrt computer everything is fine. Mpx out is very good

But second computer;
mpx out stereo and i can see rds but there is noise.
Noise is as water sound.

if i turn off rds, problem is going on
if i turn off stereo on breakaway settings, there is no noise
But sound will be mono

i use same cablo and same exciter

What can i do?
