I wanted to see how the MPX for Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS Gold (SB0350), but instead of the typical stereo output for this, I have a pseudo-stereo. Apparently this card samples 192 kHz, but the settings can only up to 96 kHz. Why?

Disable all effects, eq, etc in the creative control panel. The samplerate selection part is not relevant, leave it at 96, that's fine. This card does work I have used it before and it's a pretty nice output too.

The settings in breakaway for the card say you can do 192 right?  When you press "Test" button in Breakaway, in Kernel Streaming (KS) mode, does it have success or does it fail?

Something might already be using the soundcard then…?  Is it set to be the default soundcard in windows or set to be used by something else?  Try making the default recording and playback card be something else and restart Windows.  If that works, then you have something else on your system that's using the audio driver.
