hi, this is my 1st time to use Breakaway Audio Enhancer, however, not a good experience. I download the install demo files from here: http://www.claessonedwards.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=95&Itemid=1103. Under the default instruction, I install the enhancer step by step. When it is finished, a dialogue asked to "start" the program. I start it, but nothing happens. Well, I uninstall the program and reinstall it, it can not start either. I check the windows event log and find the following information:
