    I purchased the encoder license early last week, sent the configuration in and am getting no response. What can I do to obtain the license key?

    Check your Junk Mail folder first, then email keith@claessonedwards.com

    Will do, my email may be blacklisted, I notice when I send it from my ipad I get a message saying rejected by server. I don’t get that when sending it from my windows computer but it may not work be getting through. I’ll send it to Keith from a gmail account and see if that gets through.

    Great that it is finally sorted, but it really shouldn't be that hard.
