    Sorry,I’m bad English.
    In the East-Asian language(Chinese,Japanese) version of the system(xp sp3,win 7 x64),BAE(1.20.26 and 1.30.02) can’t be started.
    You must change system locale to English,BAE will work correctly.

    I have the same problem. I use Windows XP Professional SP3 Japanese version. BAE is 1.30.02 and failed to launch when "Language for non-Unicode programs" is Japanese. When it is set to English, it is launched.

    Is this bug caused because BAE is non-Unicode program? If so, can you make it support Unicode? If you make the bug fix version, I will be pleased to help you to test.
