…and we're back!
Thank you for your patience. Breakaway was never gone, it just took a seven year vacation.. unlike myself, who has not been resting one bit.
BreakawayOne is a brand new processor, and a free upgrade for any BBP/BBP ASIO/Live user.
Check it out at http://www.breakaway.one

December 14, 2016 at 7:58 pm #14693MilkyKeymasterWelcome back to your REAL job Leif :-).
To everyone reading this, I have had the opportunity to "play" with this for 24 hours and I can honestly say that I have been blown away. The features, the presentation, and of course, the SOUND! Brilliant!
December 14, 2016 at 8:32 pm #14694alenetMemberIt really is a pleasure to meet this news, after having waited so long, the wait was worth it !. I have been testing the software for hours and the sound really is excellent, a very good idea was the incorporation of the effects directly as part of the processor (bassfx, slam, clunk) and I am anxiously waiting for the license to be able to update my old and beloved BBP Asio. The only thing that hurts me is to have lost the possibility of adding plugins (previously section encoders) such as the Icecast and now you have to buy the module separately to be able to stream online 🙁
For those of us who have the software working for so long it would have been good to update this module for free 😉
Having said that, I would like to congratulate Leif and his entire team for the impressive work, and hopefully to continue to surprise us as it has now, us, the users. Regards!December 15, 2016 at 12:12 am #14695timmywaParticipantAutobalance was a good plugin.. I also like what Hans does with Azimuth correction. Any options?

///Best.
December 15, 2016 at 3:43 pm #14697NuttySquirrelMemberNice work Leif!
If I want to install a demo of Breakaway One on a computer that already has Breakaway Broadcast on it, will both of them still work? Reason I ask is I want to test Breakaway One before converting my existing Breakaway Broadcast license over to a Breakaway One license.
Thanks.
December 15, 2016 at 5:27 pm #14698Graham RParticipantFinally 😉 Can't wait to download and test it! I have a Live licence. Can we still use the LiveLink plugin can anyone tell me?

[/quote]It creates a separate folder structure and has a different exe (BreakawayOneApp.exe), so I believe that the two can co-exist. I was running Breakaway DJ, and that still runs independently of BA1.
December 16, 2016 at 10:03 pm #14700Dj BuikMemberWOW, at last, a nice xmas present 🙂
Thank you very much, and when you're one day back in the Netherlands, i'll buy you a Grolsch.
December 19, 2016 at 2:23 am #14701NuttySquirrelMemberThanks for the help Milky. I just downloaded the BreakawayOne trial as well as the new Breakaway Pipeline on the downloads page. When installing the new Breakaway Pipeline, it found and removed the old pipeline from Breakaway Broadcast. If I choose to uninstall the BreakawayOne trial, will I still be able to use the new Breakaway Pipeline without hearing a trial jingle with Breakaway Broadcast?
December 19, 2016 at 2:51 am #14702MilkyKeymasterHmm, that didn't happen to me, but I believe that the licence for VAC (Breakaway pipeline) is integrated with the app, but comes separately, so I think that BAB should still see the newer version. I recall that JesseG had advised anyone having trouble with Windows 10 when it first came out could install a later version of any BA product, and then uninstall it again, leaving the updated VAC behind.
I think that the random jingle emanates from BreakawayOneApp, not from VAC, so you should not hear the jingle if you revert.

Correct. 🙂 And it was that "Breakaway Audio Enhancer" was forced to only output to the Pipeline. The Pipeline has never been limited in what software can connect to it.December 26, 2016 at 4:02 am #14704CaptainfirstMemberGood things come to those who wait. Breakaway One is amazing. I just hope we can get some details soon about some of the settings. Thinks like Brilliance and Presence seem a bit vague; right now I have them set at 50.
December 26, 2016 at 7:33 pm #14705AnonymousGuestLeif that software is awesome. I'm using it in my Online Radio Station and the listening time increased 50%.
December 27, 2016 at 1:36 am #14706plauriParticipantHello Krita,
Could you please post your streaming link? I'm willing to listen to your Breakaway setup -
