    I downloaded the trial version and a day later decided to place an order for the full version.

    Received the activation key and activated the software hoping this would overwrite the trial version and stop the advert every 30 minutes – it has not.

    Any idea as to what I could be doing wrong?

    Please help me sort this as it's running at a local FM station.

    Make sure that you're using the official installer. You should try uninstalling and reinstalling Breakaway using it.
