I am a long-time registered user and fan of Breakaway Live. I use it with a third-party streamer to broadcast with Station Playlist Studio. I am also one of many such users who are visually impaired and use screenreaders such as NVDA, Window-Eyes or JAWS to operate the product. Breakaway Live has always been very accessible via these technologies. So imagine my surprise when I started the Breakaway One configuration program and found virtually nothing readable on the screen except the various configuration option buttons. I can tell which button is selected because my screenreader tells me the color of said buttons, so I figured the buttons that I am told are "indigo on white" are the ones selected. However, the choices of options for these buttons are not readable by any screenreader I have tried, including Windows 10 Narrator. Should I be starting by setting up the pipeline configuration first, then maybe the main configuration screen will contain things my screenreader will find?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Hi Steve!

This is an embarrassing issue indeed. I do apologize. I will look into ways to make it screen reader friendly as soon as I have a chance.

    Best regards,

If you wish to contact me off-list to test anything, I am of course quite happy to assist. I look forward to further developments and improvements in screenreader access for this fine product.
