    Hi,

    I downloaded a trail version of the Breakaway Audio Enhancer to try it out,
    but now the program is installed, but it doesnt want to start up, when i open it nothing happens, isnt loading anything.
    But when i restarted my computer the screen came on screen, but when i wanted to test it, The audio engine didnt want to start.
    So i can not use the program whatever i try.

    I hope someone could help me, i cant find any problem solves on the internet.

    Not overly active 🙂

    Do you have a green circular icon in your taskbar on the bottom right of your screen? If you don’t there is an issue, contact Breakaway support directly.

    If you do this is Breakaway running, try right clicking on the icon and selecting "open main window" then right click on the title bar and select "settings" and follow the "wizard" to get things setup properly. Let us know how you get along.

    Well thats the second problem.

    I can not send mail to the contact adresses of claessonedwards.

    I keep getting the mails back the it failed to send…

    If you have some problem with some software package, you need to give some more information.

    • What Operating System (Win XP or Win 7 or Win xxxx) are you running?
    • What service pack
    • On what hardware (soundcard)
    • Which version Breakaway did you install
    • What error message you got (if any)

    Give as many relevant information as you can.

    Intel HM55 Chipset
    4 GB (DDR3 / 2 GB x 2) mermory
    nVIDIA GeForce GT 330M (Ext. Graphics)
    1 GB gDDR3 Dedicated External Graphics Memory

    Soundcard is internal pease of crap. (realtek)
    I dont get any errors
    Running newest updates (both windows and breakaway)
    Other programs work great!

    Its an Samsung R780 JS03NL laptop

    But, did you also installed the latest laptop drivers?

    I couldn’t find the JS03NL drivers , but the the JS03UK should be the same.

    BTW: Did you download Breakaway from the Breakaway site, or some ‘version’ from the internet?
