breakaway audio enhancer need help asap on ? here

Hi everyone. i got breakway from the secure website 4 the product afterwards i filled credit card details out they sent me the software via e mail with seriel number. but what i cant understand here is why did i have to put me home address on and card details i have contacted them about this and now they think im unhappy and would i like a refund. the product itself is ok i kepp telling them this. i just want to know why they wanted all these details as after i submiited the form to order it on line i had the programme and seriel code 4 this product. they cant seem to grasp this id only want refund it it was faulty if i have breakway whats comeing to my home address id like to know.
