Hi Sir, Recently i try to setup my bluetooth headphone with my desktop pc. After pairing, no audio from the headphone when playing media files but Breakaway interface shows audio as the bars were moving up & down. I have tried unistall & reinstall bluetooth driver, install different bluetooth drivers but still no audio. If I connect bluetooth headphone using audio cable the audio works fine. Should i uninstall Breakaway? Any suggestions will great, Thanks….

Check the Properties for the device on your PC. Then go to the "Services" tab. You may find that audio is not one of the supported services for that device, or it may just be unchecked.

Thanks Milky, found the "services" option, select "headset audio" now there is audio from the headphone. Thanks again….

Hi Milky, encounter another problem when I turn on my desktop. After login into windows breakaway prompt 'Error starting audio engine. Requested output device doesn't exist'. Then the Setup Wizard page pop-up, I can see the output device as "Bluetooth Audio", went on to select 'Buffer Size" after which it prompt me to select "Breakaway Pipeline" as default sound device in control panel. But now headphone has no audio. Kindly advise how to resolve this issue, thanks.

It sounds like Breakaway is launching before Bluetooth has fired up, so it can't connect to the device. You may have to uncheck the autostart option in Breakaway and launch it manually after Bluetooth becomes available in the boot sequence.

Hi Milky, Unable to find any "Autostart" option in Breakaway setting menu. Also cannot find anything in windows services. But I found a way to prevent breakaway from auto start is by disabling breakaway in "Startup" using msconfig. Guess this is the only way to resolve the issue for now. Thanks a lot…..
