    Hi at all, my name is Marco and I’m from Germany.
    I’m using Breakaway DJ since a week and I’m very impressed of the awesome sound.
    Last weekend I used BDJ live at a club with a Traktor Audio 8 soundcard and with a Numark NS6 controller (of course not at the same time :mrgreen: ) and VirtualDJ software.

    I works perfect with the NS6 but I have problems with the Audio 8 if I’m using DVS and my Denon DN-X1600 mixer with build in soundcard.
    Any setting (latency, buffer, …) wich I tried will not work. The test tone makes a horrible scratchy sound in with the x1600. It’s not possible to run it properly. 😕

    Also it’s not possible to run the Audio 8 soundcard in DVS mode. In the new advanced soundcard settings in VDJ it is possible to route the input channels of the Audio 8 for timecode and output to Pipeline 1 + 2. The first song sounds like it should but after loading and playing the second deck the song will sounding distorted and scratchy. 😥

    I hope I have made ??only some settings wrong. But I fear, however, that the BDJ will not work with DVS.
    Any suggestions are appreciated

    I’m pretty sure BDJ doesn’t support any DVS right now. It has been mentioned that the next version might have this capability, but we’ll have to wait and see when the new version is released.

    Indeed, TCV (time coded vinyl) does not work in the current version of Breakaway DJ, and the next version indeed will. 🙂

    Nice to hear that. 😀

    But what could be wrong with my Denon x1600 mixer ?
    It’s not possible to configure the mixer in BDJ 😕
