Basic Questions About Streaming And Recording

I have, as the title of my post implies, some fairly basic questions to ask.

The first one is this. Should audio that I upload to Mixcloud be processed as though it's streaming audio, using Breakaway One? Or should I use the original Breakaway enhancer, treating the audio as though it's just for listening to on a local drive on my computer?

Also, what, if anything can be done to even out audio levels between my voice-overs and music? Using the basic audio enhancer, this is no problem at all. Everything is smooth all the way through. But when using Breakaway One (or Breakaway Live, for that matter), my voice tracks are noticeably quieter. So much so that the transition from voice to music is really jarring.

For what it's worth, this happens both with Audacity and Easy Hi-Q recording software. I've tried normalizing everything all at once in Replaygain and the levels appear to be just fine. But when I play them in Winamp, it's still an issue.

Suggestions or comments, anyone?
