Hey guys, how you all doing, been a while. I am starting to build youtube playlists and wondering if any of you might be using Breakaway Audio Enhancer effectively when running youtube videos and if yes does it work for you as it does with mp3’s?

Hi again. I found BAE to help with quiet moments in speech-based videos with the Explosion (I think it’s called — or Explosive, I forget) preset. Movies require more dynamic range though, so I’m not sure what works best with those. It’s been a few years since I used BAE.

    I hope this helps!

I use BAE on everything that goes through my laptop – partly because the normal level from the speakers is not very high but also because of the huge variation in levels between different news items/YT pieces etc.

Simply make the Breakaway Pipeline the default output and then define your speakers as the output from BAE.

Hey guys, nice to hear from you both, hoping all is well with you guys?

I haven’t used BAE in a while and can’t locate my license for it but I will first install the trial on a laptop to test and will report back when I should get the chance to do this, appreciate it.

I am looking for a trial version to test on a bud’s laptop since he has the same issue with Youtube bot not seeing a trial version anymore on this site?

Just download the REAL version and install it. Once you apply the licence, it will become licensed.
