    Hello there,

    I am just trying to get my license tranfered from old pc to the new one.

    Broadcast@claessonedwards.com, haven’t responded yet and 9 days havepassed. Does anyone knows if something is happening? Today I forwarded the mails to support mail also, I hope I have news soon.

    We did have some emails bouncing about a month ago, but I believe that that was fixed.

    Well, to say the truth it’s the first time Keith didn’t respond at the same day. But 9 days is.. alot. Milky, can you comunicate that to them? My mail is a.vlachos[]radiokiss.gr

    Sadly, Keith is no longer with us, but his son, John has taken over the task and is usually very prompt – maybe 24 hours, but certainly not days. I have sent him a PM.

    Well John responded and send me an email after your nudging. But I don’t think he can receive mine. At this point I am desperate. How can he not receive my emails?

    Can you please with any means, transfer my mail to him? May I can send the info to you and ve a middle person? See image below, it’s been 2 days since I;ve sent the info.

    Well, some days past…and no news from John. I believe something has to be done. My first mail got sent at 9th of Octoberm, it’s almost a month now. I am wondering how can Isolve this… I am wondering if I can call anyone to find a solution.

    I am totally at a loss over this. I have relayed on all the information that you sent to me. I’ll contact John again to see where it is at, but it is now the weekend, so I may not get a response until Monday.
