I’ve paid for my order. I’ve tried sending my licence summery to broadcast@claessonedwards.com using three diffrent email addresses from diffrent providers but they all keep getting rejected. There dosen’t seem to be any other way to contact claessonEdwards. Please help!
Thanks for the update. I urge anyone who experiences difficulties to let me know as soon as possible. I am in a different time zone (and hemisphere), but I can often get a message through when other methods fail.
Same problem today. And I need assistance to reset the licence key. We had to re-install to a new computer and the licence is not accepted. Order 23251
I’ll look into the email problem again, as I thought it was resolved. If you have generated the configuration file, once you send that through, you will receive a new key which will be generated from the MAC address of the new computer.
