    I’ve just updated my windows 10 desktop and find that the breakaway audio enhancer.

    When Iooked up the properties>events>view all events I note the following

    Device ROOT\MEDIA\0000 had a problem starting.

    Driver Name: oem13.inf
    Class Guid: {4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
    Service: EuMusDesignVirtualAudioCableWdm_lcs
    Lower Filters:
    Upper Filters:
    Problem: 0x16
    Problem Status: 0x0

    Can anyone propose a solution?

    I believe the current solution is to wait for the update to Breakaway products that contain an updated version of the virtual audio cable, which Windows recently broke. We’ve been told it’s in the works. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was coming soon as a holiday gift.

    As Mr K said, I am just waiting final approval to provide a link to the new program. The problem is that Virtual Audio Cables does not play nice in the sandpit, so BAE has been updated with a newer version. Once we get through QC, it will be made available.
