    Breakaway is always separated in two processes. One is for the GUI and the other is for the processing core. Everything is normal, don’t worry 🙂

    Are you using BBP latest version (0.90.93) ? If you’re not, please download it and try if it solves your problem.
    A lot of I/O code has changed recently.

    The calibration window isn’t working for me. Some buttons are hidden.

    I’m not sure but I think the problem could come from the buffer size setting. Don’t try to set it at the smallest setting, try set it at the largest setting. If it works, then try smaller values to find the smallest one that works.
    But I think Leif will give you a better explanation 🙂
