Maybe a bug, when you change the name of log file, it doesn’t work. It only take the default name.
I installed it for Brekaway live and it always restart when you click "connect" only if you select somme attenuation ! (ex : -2db)
Moreover, in the installation program, I can’t install it in another path than c:program fileswinamp… the install button can’t be clicked.
I had to change things quite a bit to properly support windows 7 – it may need some more tweaking

the per stream attenuation had two big bugs, fixed last night
I use the latest version and I have always the attenuation bug.
Is the newest version online ?
For information, I run it on Windows 7 and windows 2003 server.

dsp version of edcast install uses the registry to find where winamp is installed, and will only install there – I could change it, or make a separate installer for "non winamp" dsp install
It would be great !

Bad news is, there will be no more updates on BBP for a least a few months until Leif unleashes the all new platform.
    :
This is a bad news. Simply an update for new preset settings would be welcome !
Could you share it?
yes, but i won’t. not just because of licensing issues. but that is one reason.
(is it already available for download ?)
nope.
When you use part of other software, you can provide ability for the user to download the codec himself. That’s have been done by edcast for example… Is it an other problem ?

I’m very sad that leifcast isn’t available for download. Because I’m trying to have a better sound with a 128k mp3 stream and I can’t… Even if lame quality = 0 instead of 2….
