The software works fine on the older version I have. I am just having problems updating it to the current version.
Also the software was purchased for a live broadcast event, under my request, for me to use. A copy of the software was handed to me on a flash drive along with the serial for installation on my computer. I still continue to work for the same company, and I was responsible for the use of this software. We may need to use the software again in the future which is why I would like to upgrade. I don’t really see a problem with me using the license.
nfld2002MemberThe version I have was purchased by the company I work for 3-4+ years ago I’m guessing. I was responsible for the operation of the program while we used it. Basically, the software is on a computer which hasn’t been used in a while, and I no longer know where the serial key is, what e-mail was used for registration, etc. All I know is that the software I have on the computer is registered and working at the moment, but I am unable to update it to a newer version.
I will attempt to update a few more times, and if the problem persists I will get in contact with one of the e-mail addresses you posted.
Thanks for your help didac.
nfld2002MemberThanks for your response. I just downloaded and installed the newest version of Breakaway Broadcast and installed it in the same location I had the old one. After that was complete, I opened the software and it says that it is a trial version.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
Thanks again.
