BriansBrainParticipant
The request was to critique the audio, not the content but thank you for responding.
The audio is two thing, the content and the quality, without one you can’t have the other.
Just a note, from my past experiance most people will cope
with terrible sound quality if the content is what they are looking for 😛You need to get yourself a program that can do some form of mixing the tracks
together to get rid of the silence between tracks, very unprofessional 🙄This is a picture of the change over between Loverboy – Lucky Ones
then 2 seconds of silence before Spencer Davis Group – I’m A ManI’m A Man should of been mixing in at around the 2.5 to 3.0 mark in that picture.
In other words I’m A Man was 4.5 seconds late 😆
Ask in the forum what members would recommend a program that will mix for you.
BTW: Your music content could be why nobody is listening…

BriansBrainParticipantWell 😯 if you want feedback 😯
My first moan would be 🙄 it’s supposed to be Classic Rock Radio 😳
Out of the 23 tracks I have seen in the available playlist.
One track BTO – You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet = Classic Rock 😛
None of the other 22 tracks in the list I would rate Classic not even close.
It looks like you got all the tracks from those German Classic Rock CD’s
Which = 1 track per CD is a Classic Rock Track 😆 if you are lucky 👿BTW: I am old enough to know what classic rock is, I have been playing it for years

Nope………. Nothing wrong with them at all.But I prefer to choose the amplifier 🙄
I have a couple of these for basic monitoring.

Great 😛Soon I will have Qdesign MPEG I Layer II at 128 / 160 / 192 / 320 and 384 kbps for you to test 🙄
Told you they would
The ACM formats are disabled automatically, and I don’t understand the cause. I think is Windows or AEPS. Can you know this?
My program does not disabled them NO
Yes, all people wants high bitrate and high samplerate, but I need to do some test at 128/160/192 kbps. Have you the option to unlock these bitrates?
Not in Qdesign MPEG I Layer II yet… NO …….. sorry 😥
Only 128/160/192 kbps in Ogg or mp3 🙄
Give me the latest version and I try it 8)
OK… the main difference is……..
QDesign MPEG I Layer II Stereo, 44100 Hz, 256 kBits/s
……….is now available 😛
Thanks!
Welcome 😛➡ Sent you a pm with a NEW link

No problem mate, it’s not a race
Now works, I don’t understard, I follow all steps and the reboots. Today the Qdesign ACM was automatically disabled by Windows 😯
I did say we are dealing with Windows ……… 😆
1.- PCM only have a pulse noise (all bitrates)
That sounds like a Codec Priority problem, PCM is normally the easiest to get working 🙄
2.- MP3 stay connected but don’t have sound (I tried with 320 and 256).
Codec problem again, make sure you have the Fraunhofer Professional mp3 high up on Priority
Also make sure you don’t have another inferior (lower bit rate) mp3 codec in your ACMs 🙄
3.- MP2 works fine at 256 kbps 44.1 kHz ! ! ! (Is possible use a lower bitrate on future versions? I want hear MP2 artifacts 8) )
Actually it must have been working at 48000kHz because the version of the Sender you have only can do 48000kHz 😛
Normally everyone wants higher bit rates, so I am only working on QDesign MPEG I Layer II at 320 and the big one 384 at the moment 😐
I think the problem of yesterday was the soundcard input, I’m using this soundcard (ESI Maya44 PCI) for BBP Live input (without ASIO) at 44.1 kHz, if your AEPS try to open at 48 kHz, may not work
The latest Version of my Sender will now also stream at…
QDesign MPEG I Layer II Stereo, 44100 Hz, 256 kBits/s
Tell me if you need that for test ?
Thanks!
No Thank you for trying it 😛I need the feedback to make it better 8)

Welcome……. thanks for giving it a go.
I tried and on my computers didn’t work. I has seriously problems with ACM install on Win7 64bits
OK……. first I did said…….
Any Windows 32 bit operating system
Then…
1.- Phisical XP 32 bits for Sender (all OK, ACM OK, Firewall OFF)
2.- Virtual Machine (VirtualBox) with XP 32 bits, Network on Bridge Mode, Firewall OFF, virtual Intel’s Audio.
Sender and Receiver comunicate OK, but 1 second from start, stops with an error:
Sender:
ERROR
The ”Audio Receiver’ is not responding.
Please wait… Deactivating the Streamer.
And…
Receiver:
Message sent to Sender:
jueves 06 diciembre 2012 13:06:44
Connected and Receiving Audio at: 0,0kbs
Normally that would be one or more of these…
1)- Receiver’s Protocol setting is not the same as the Senders ?
2)- Are you sure the same ACM’s have been installed correctly in both systems then re-booted ?
3)- Firewall or Routers Firewall ?, it needs to connect through Port 3030 ?Can yo see the Codecs in Both Systems like this?
I guess this is just over a private cable Lan system with one Router ?
What Codec(s) are you trying ?Please don’t give up, it does work, just everything has to be perfect, after all we are talking about Windows operating system. 😳

Sorry it’s been so long but I wanted to get QDesign MPEG I Layer II working.
If anyone is interested in giving it a try ?
The Demo Evaluation Package is now available:
Limitations:
1)- Thirty Minutes Streaming.
2)- One hour programs running before re-starting.
3)- Ogg Vorbis Codec only works over Lan (Not Internet).Runs on 32bit Windows ONLY, Recommend 2000 or XP for professional use.
Pentium 3 minimum, low CPU usage. My email is >> audio.entertainment@yahoo.com

Here is QDesign’s MPEG top range….
This is the MAX I can get out of this ACM at present 🙄
I’m working on 320/384 kBits/s 😥
