I will test Airomate with the recommended settings as soon as I have the car-radio available again. By the way I never used a quicker setting then 3 sec with Airomate. With 3 sec the car stereo was still skipping most of the ps lines while with stereotool at 2 sec it ran smooth.
But we’ll see how it performs with the new settings. I’ll keep you guys posted.Dennis

What does that have to do with it?
You did find the bug, and you do read/post in this forum(Otherwise you wouldn’t have responded anyway).
So no reason to not post it…DiekgaitMember@SDF
No Leif can’t fix this it’s an Airomate problem, as you can read in the topic"No blame on BBP".
@Boki
If you found that out months ago why didn’t you share it over here? I’m sure many Airomate users are interested.DiekgaitMemberWould that be Radio Rythmos 104,5?
DiekgaitMemberOne big hint, don’t buy the asus xonar D2X(the expensive one). It supports ASIO, but in my opinion it doesn’t deserve that name on the package. It does not give you the low latency required for monitoring. I tried it in several pc’s, and I’m not the only one complaining. According to Leif the cheap version works fine, so buy that one in stead.
DiekgaitMemberThis motherboard has a Realtek Realtek ALC662 audio chip which only supports 96k. So no, it’s not compatible.
DiekgaitMemberDiekgaitMemberAll of you non-dutch please ignore.
Line-in is meestal blauw.
Mic in is meestal roze.De mic-in kun je alleen maar gebruken om rechtstreeks een mic aan te sluiten. Voor een externe mixer of wat anders de line-in gebruiken

And this is a digitall tuner from the late 70’s.January 23, 2009 at 4:36 pm in reply to: I want to record a radio station and share it. How do I do? #6348DiekgaitMemberI use a Technics ST-9038 for mpx recording, it has a build in mpx-output. It’s the only tuner I got good mpx recordings from. I’ve already modified two different sony tuners, but they didn’t give accurate results. I also tried an even older Technics analogue tuner with build in mpx-out, but that one was also giving unpredictable results.
PS. the ST-9038 cost me only €30,- 😀 so if you can find one buy it!

DiekgaitMemberI use the ESI Juli@ PCI card. It works great with both Breakaway FM and MPXtool, but it does need some tilt correction.
Maybe it’s a good idea to create a list with soundcards and their optimal settings. I think that would be very usefull for people without a oscilloscope since indeed most people don’t have one.Diekgait
DiekgaitMemberPM is sent! Looking forward to try.

DiekgaitMemberHi Leif,
Can’t you just release a demo version of your FM algorithm, which works for only 5 minutes or something like that?
So people can see if it works as good as you say?Greetings,
Dennis Lansink
