Try the Twente preset or even CGSmooth. Use KS instead of DS for the pipeline. You could also get the winamp plugin "real bass exciter" to tweak the bass. And bump the HPF up to 45hz if all else fails. 😯

hucfinnMemberYea, Not Fair.
hucfinnMember8600 On air sounds Crystal clear. Louder, cleaner than omnia or 8500. Bass is deep but not muddy or boomy. It really stands out on the FM dial and makes the other stations sound "old". The high end is CLEAN. I was not expecting this much change but there is a big difference. The audio clips don’t really tell the story at all. Good job to the boys in Tempe.
hucfinnMemberMotor City has slower attack, more open approach better suited for large speakers. IMO.
hucfinnMemberListening on my Nexus One by the pool with my Rocketfish RF-MAB2 wireless headphones. Sounds great. And at 28kbs. Wow!
hucfinnMemberI think that what some are calling a lack of "control" over the individual settings like attack or release is really a lack of "get into trouble quickly". The control we have right now is very wide and capable of producing almost any type of sound. And we can still make it sound bad if we want to, but its then easy to fix! My biggest problem today is the crap coming out of the record labels not my ability to process it. But from Android to FM this IS the processing solution. A big THANKS!
