well try the presets i suggested and play with the settings, the final drive will need to be turned up or down depending on the preset
are the other djs using breakaway as well? if you want to be loud i suggest either. new york, amsterdam, cleveland, point blank, eruption, plutonium is also a popular one, change the settings around, listen and tweak, note i use the broadcast version but i imagine the suggested presets are in live as well
if you want you could leave it as is, if you have a particular sound in mind though i'l try help you
if their in live you could try the following presets, new york, amsterdam, point blank, eruption, seem to be the best for dance music in my opinion (i use the broadcast version so these may not be in live)
i’d suggest removing the compresser/limiter? i’m nearly sure live does all that, i don’t know about the ultramizer as i actually don’t know what that does

can you post the full link with the .m3u extension?
so in theory i could use vac or use both to process 2 seperate sources through the same breakaway instence?
your welcome, i don’t have a stream as such, just do speradic tests online the odd time, but love playing around with the settings on breakaway broadcast.
set breakaway pipeline 1 as input and driver to ks, set breakaway pipeline 2 as output and driver to ks, in sam turn on use soundcard AGC, set the input in soundcard AGC to breakaway pipeline 1 and the output to breakaway pipeline 2, make sure all AGCS and processing to do with sam is off and check bypass all for each deck + sound and voice fx just to make sure.
what i do is i set both breakaway pipeline 1 and to to ks, breakaway pipeline 1 as input and 2 as output, in sam i turn on use soundcard AGC, and then set pipeline 1 as the input and 2 as the output. personally i find that a better way then using livelink.
try the bassfx and impact clunk plugins on their highest settings, also play around with the presets and move the sliders, final drive, bass shape, bass cut/boost, range, power, speed. around until you get something near to the sound, i often tweak but seem to end up going back to my original setting but tweak and listen. in my opinion theirs no (perfect sound) their will always be something you don’t like.
