Just set it as default device for whole system.
It works perfectly for me(browsers,games,skype, online video, video and audio players).I don't say "Dont do it, it is useless!".

Yeah, it will be nice to have such audio processor for Android.
But i understand developers in this case too.
I had many android devices, on some sound processing can be only setup via rom change(if there is another rom, that isn't universal solution).
