If you are using Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 8.1 you need to right click on the setup file and click "Run as Administrator". Then click "Yes".
Otherwise Windows will not allow Breakaway Audio Enhancer to Install or modify Windows Settings.
And if you have any Antivirus softwares running, disable them temporarily.

I don't know much about ASIO driver, but I have installed FL Studio with ASIO drivers. BAE works fine with ASIO driver running, on my PC.
So I don't think ASIO driver is a problem.

There is a Breakaway Audio Enhancer icon on the system tray. Right click on it and click "Shutdown Breakaway".
Then go to the start screen and search "Breakaway" and click on "Breakaway Audio Enhancer". (Simply,, restart Breakaway, or restart your PC).
    This should solve your problem.

How to fix this in 7 Steps :

Step 1 : Open the main Breakaway Audio Enhancer interface.
Step 2 : Right click on the title bar (or somewhere else, but not on a button) and click settings.
Step 3 : On the "Output" section, set the "Channels" to "4(All)", And click "Finish"
Step 4 : Then play some audio and test all the output devices. (Eg: your speakers and headphones etc.)
Step 5 : If everything works fine, your problem has been solved.
Step 6 : If everything does not work fine, then go to "settings" again and try some other "Channels" on the "output" section and test your output devices again. You should be able to find a setting that can play through all your output devices.
    Step 7 : Enjoy!

I can see that you have set the "speakers" to default. (The green check mark on the "Speakers" [in your screenshot]). Breakaway Audio Enhancer may not work when this happens. Right click on the "Breakaway Pipeline" and set it to "Default Device" and "Default Communication Device". Now the BAE should work. If you have to do this every time your PC starts, then you should Disable the "Speakers". This will solve the problem. (This will not actually "Disable" the speakers. It just prevent it from automatically setting to the Default Device. There's no difference if you Enabled or Disabled it.)
